We normally answer emails 9am–5pm Monday–Friday, although you may get a reply outside those hours. After a weekend it can take some time to clear the backlog, so please be patient.
I can’t get through on the phone. Can I just email you my order?
No, sorry. We only accept orders online or by phone.
Can I come to you for a fitting?
Yes of course, but you must book an appointment – please don’t just turn up.
