I have a discount code. How can I use it?
We don’t currently have any discount codes. If you got the code from a website offering deals and voucher codes, it’s fake and you’ve unfortunately been scammed. If you provided your personal details, expect to receive spam from them. If they offered to install software on your device and you accepted it, remove it immediately as it may be malicious.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
If the garment you want to order is out of stock, please call us on 01822 820550 to place a back order and we’ll endeavour to have the item with you as soon as possible.
Can I resell Equafleece garments?
No – because Equafleece® is a trademarked brand, unlicensed reselling of garments is strictly prohibited.
If you want to resell fleece garments, please apply to become a stockist of our HOTTERdog trade range.
